Você é do tipo que não consegue pegar firme na dieta e nos exercícios mesmo com acompanhamento profissional? A norte-americana Alissa Kane era assim até encontrar o personal trainer nova-iorquino Adonis Hill, que tomou uma decisão drástica para estimular a cliente a perder peso.

Adonis contou ao programa Fit To Fat To Fit, do canal A&E, que decidiu ganhar peso para, depois, emagrecer junto com Alissa e, graças a uma dieta de 8 mil calorias diárias, engordou 35 kg em apenas três meses. A medida foi arriscada e, claro, prejudicial à saúde: para ganhar todo esse peso em pouco tempo, o personal alimentava-se basicamente de gordura e açúcar com um cardápio à base de pizza, cachorro-quente, fast-food, refrigerante e bolacha recheada.

Mas deu certo. Ao ver Adonis obeso, Alissa começou a seguir à risca a dieta e o programa de exercícios. Ao programa, ela contou que sofreu com sobrepeso durante boa parte da vida e chegou a pesar 139 kg. “Adonis me disse que tudo bem se eu achasse o processo difícil, mas continuamos lutando pelo meu objetivo”, disse.

Depois de quatro meses de acompanhamento, os dois perderam peso: o personal eliminou 26 kg e ela, 27 kg.

“Como treinador é fácil ficar obcecado em melhorar o próprio corpo e se esquecer de ajudar os outros a atingir seus objetivos, que vão muito além do físico. É importante se colocar em primeiro lugar, mas é ainda mais importante ajudar os outros sempre que puder”, escreveu Adonis em seu perfil no Instagram.
