A Frontier Airlines Airbus 320NEO , registration N365FR, performing flight FFT1498 from New Orleans International Airport (KMSY) to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (KATL).
Being on approach at Atlanta was cleared to land on runway 09R but lined up with runway 09L.
At that time Turkish Airlines Boeing 777-200 registration TC-LJM, was cleared for take-off from runway 9L. The controller noticed that Frontier was on approach to wrong runway and instructed them to go around. Turkish Airlines didn’t start acceleration at that time
and was cleared for take-off about couple minutes later.
