Circuit 2
Linear Lunge 3 sets 8 reps 10 sec hold
Modified Forearm Plank 3 sets 30 secs
Prone T to Y 3 sets 8 reps

Circuit 3
Supine Hip Bridge Dynamic/Iso 12 reps 20 sec hold
Modified Pushups Dynamic/Iso 5 reps 5 hold
Prone Y to T 3 sets 8 reps
