First off, this is a good machine. The settings are easy to dial in. The flexibility with different wire sizes is good… but… we found a flaw.
This is a flaw I’ve seen on a few other welders in this price range, and that is the simple fact that they don’t like to be pushed to the max. I’m going to play around with this Harbor Freight welder a bunch more in the coming weeks, and I will see how it performs in my day to day tasks.
